Applications are invited for a GP Educator and Expansion Lead covering the Mid and South Essex (MSE) footprint.
Background: The NHS Long Term Workforce Plan set a clear strategic focus on increasing the number of GP training places amongst other strategies. To support this, the Training Hub works closely with NHS England Workforce and Education Quality Team and the regional Primary Care School. Our focus is to prioritise the expansion of educational capacity and ensure the quality of learning environments, as well as the performance of multi professional educators.
We are looking for a GP, ideally an accredited Clinical Supervisor and/or Educator, to work within the MSE Training Hub to lead and deliver this important initiative. The role will be responsible for the quality approval process for the organisations (practices and PCNs) and increasing the number of GP Trainers and Training Practices across MSE.
We will provide:

- £257.50 per session
