Stoptober is back, encouraging smokers across and England, including mid and south Essex, to join others who have quit smoking successfully.
Now in its 13th year, the national Stoptober campaign aims to help the remaining 5.3 million smokers in England quit smoking. Research shows that if you can make it to 28 days smoke-free, you’re five times more likely to quit for good.
