This service is for patients of Baddow Village, Beauchamp House, Stock, and Whitley House Surgeries.
Social Prescribing and Health and Wellbeing services, for patients registered with the above surgeries, will be available on a ‘drop in’ basis every 2nd and 4th Monday of the Month.
Who is the drop-in clinic for?
Anyone! The café is open every week on a Monday and Thursday from 9:30am until 12:00pm, but the social prescribing service will only be present twice a month.
What support is available to patients?
On the days where Chelmsford City Health staff are present, patients can ask for a range of support including:
- Help with form filling
- Support to understand how to access healthcare on your phone/tablet
- Food bank Referrals
- Friendly Faces
- Advice on lifestyle and wellbeing
