We’re making important changes to our mental health services across mid and south Essex, and we need your help.
Why are we making changes?
Currently, different community organisations deliver our Wellbeing Hubs, 18-25s and Positive Pathways services. This has led to:
- Inconsistent services across our area
- Unequal access for patients
- Varied outcomes for people using these services
Our plan for better services
We’re going to re-procure these services using a Provider Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) Framework. In simple terms, this means creating an approved list of quality providers that can deliver mental health services to our patients.
What this means for you:
This is your chance to help shape these vital services:
- Share your experience – your feedback will directly influence how we design these services.
- Better choices – the new approach will mean more personalised support tailored to your needs.
- Improved flexibility – services will be more responsive and focused on what patients need.
