The Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board invite members of the public to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023, taking place on Tuesday 12 September 2023.
The AGM is an opportunity to review the annual performance, achievements, financial performance and future plans of the Integrated Care Board.

At a specific point during the meeting members of the public can ask questions on matters relating directly to the agenda. Questions should be submitted in writing three working days in advance of the meeting date.

Travel to Thurrock Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, Essex, RM17 6SL
By Train – Grays Station is on the C2C line.
There are 2 station exits. If approaching from Southend, exit the station and turn left. The entrance to Civic Offices is in New Road and in front of you.
If approaching from London, exit the station and turn right. Cross the level crossing (option to go over the pedestrian bridge if the gates are down). The entrance to Civic Offices is in New Road, on the left hand side.

Local Parking Options
Grays Beach Car Park, Thames Road, Grays RM17 6JP
Parking machines accept card payments only. The car park is a 5-10 minute walk to Civic Offices – turn left out of the car park into Thames Road, continue to the mini roundabout and cross over onto Sherfield Road. Continue along the road and take first turning on left into New Road. The entrance to the Civic Office is at the end of New Road on the right.
Disabled / Blue Badge Parking
There are a limited number of blue badge parking spaces located opposite Thurrock Civic Offices, New Road, RM17 6SL. There are also disabled parking bays in Grays Station car park, High Street, RM17 6NQ.
