Workforce Data

As an ICB, we collect data about our workforce profile to monitor how it evolves over time. By analysing this alongside staff survey results, we can identify any actions needed to support equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB) and ensure a positive and inclusive working environment for all staff.
