Executive Director of System Recovery
Neill has over 30 years’ experience of working in the NHS in national , regional, commissioning and for most of his career in operational management in both acute and community Trusts.
Prior to joining NHS Mid and South Essex, Neill held the position of Director of Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) Tiering Support in NHS England, coordinating the national support for organisations seeking the greatest improvement in urgent and emergency care. Neill also spent 10 years working in east Suffolk and north Essex as Deputy CEO overseeing the integration of Ipswich and Colchester Hospitals and community services in the area.
