Communications is at the heart of everything we do as an organisation and we are committed to making sure that it is clear and understandable, and just as importantly, that it is open and honest.
To help us shape how we communicate with you and everyone in mid and south Essex, we have launched a short survey on how we communicate.
Complete our communications surveyWe recognise there are times when we need to communicate decisions or proposals that people may not support. This survey isn’t about gathering opinions on those decisions, but instead asking for practical ideas about what people want to see more of, less of, and how we could reach people in other ways.
The survey aims to understand what we are doing well and what we can do better. The handful of questions will help us understand how people find their news from us, whether it’s through our website, social media, emails or through the local news media.
Complete the survey and help us answer questions like:
- are we using the right channels?
- what should we do more of?
- what should we do less of?
The survey closes on Sunday 15 September 2024. All responses are anonymous and will help shape how we work going forward.
