We’re excited to soon be launching a new campaign highlighting the many ways that you can access primary care services across mid and south Essex, and we want you to be part of it!
Primary care is often our first port of call when we need help with our health. This includes GP surgeries, community pharmacies, dentists, and opticians – all providing essential care right where it’s needed most.
To bring this campaign to life, we’re looking for real stories from people who’ve had positive experiences using these services. Your story could make a difference and inspire others to discover new ways to manage their health.
Here are a few areas where we’d love to hear about your experience:
- Self-referral services: Have you had success using a local self-referral service?
- Community pharmacy services: Have you or a loved one received valuable care or advice from a community pharmacist?
- GP practice team: Had a positive experience with a member of the GP team, such as a social prescriber, clinical pharmacist, or physiotherapist?
- Digital services: Have you found the NHS App, online consultation tools, or your practice’s website helpful in accessing care?
Sharing your story can help others feel confident in using these resources and show the support that’s available in their local community.
To submit your story, simply complete the case study form on the Virtual Views platform by Wednesday, 13 November.
Thank you for helping us make healthcare easier to access and understand for everyone.
