Essex Joint Committee Meeting

The Essex Joint Committee has been established as part of the transition towards creating a proposed single Essex Integrated Care Board from April 2026. The three ICBs that form the committee are:

• NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board
• NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board
• NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board

The meeting will focus on transitional governance arrangements, aligning priorities across the county, and preparing for the proposed establishment of a new ICB. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings.

Please note, there is free car parking on-site and surrounding roads.
The nearest mainline train station is Harlow Town, with Bus Number 10 or 20 coming from the station to the Town centre, then on Bus 4 to the Latton Bush Centre.
Local taxi firms include ABC Cars (01279 300900) and Metro Cars (01279 247247).
Easy road access is available from M25 and M11 or A414.

Members of the public cannot comment or ask questions during the meetings but can submit questions on specific agenda items in advance, which may be answered during the meetings. Where appropriate, any questions not answered will be responded to separately at a later date.
