The ICB’s Alliance Cancer Leads will be sharing their work to embed Ardens Templates within all Urgent Suspected Cancer Referrals (USCR).
This has been designed to:
- Support colleagues working across primary care with the latest guidance and access to resources
- Streamline the referral process and ensure better visibility of the referral requirements (pre-referral investigations, Rockwood Scoring)
- Reduce duplication of patient note-taking and subsequent form filling requirements.
To support this, a webinar will be held to help walk colleagues through the templates and how to use them.
