ICB constitution

Our constitution has been developed with engagement from key local stakeholders and was brought into effect by NHS England as part of the order to establish ICBs on 1 July 2022.

Each NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) is required to have a constitution setting out its board membership and governance arrangements.  The NHS Mid and South Essex ICB constitution has been developed with engagement from key local stakeholders and was brought into effect by NHS England as part of the order to establish ICBs on 1 July 2022.
