The Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) is a statutory committee that brings together a full range of partners including local authorities and voluntary and community organisations. The ICP is responsible for producing an integrated care strategy on how to meet the health and wellbeing needs of the population in the ICS area.
The ICP will play a central role at system level in tackling health inequalities.
ICP meetings held in public
At a meeting of the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) any member of the public who is a resident or a registered local government elector of Southend City Council, Essex County Council, or Thurrock Council may ask a question about any matter over which the Mid and South Essex ICP has power, or which directly affects the health and wellbeing of the population.
The ICS supports the UK Government’s NHS zero-tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behaviour towards its staff. We will not tolerate any individual using inappropriate language or behaviour, which will result in that person being required to leave the meeting.
Submit a question
Members of the public who wish to ask a question should do so in writing, including the text of the proposed question, within two working days of the meeting. If you would like to ask a question, you can submit it in writing to NHS Mid and South Essex ICB, NHS Mid and South Essex ICB, PO Box 6483, Basildon, SS14 0UG
