Meeting of the NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board, held in public (please note this is note a ‘public meeting’ and although we invite advance written questions (see below) and the public can attend, members of the public are unable to contribute or ask questions personally).

Board meeting livestream notice

Please note, the meeting is held ‘in public’ but it is not a public meeting. Members of the public are welcome to attend and listen to the discussions, promoting transparent governance and decision-making, without interrupting the Board’s proceedings.
There is an item early in the agenda for the Chair of the meeting to respond to questions raised by members of the public that have been submitted in advance of the meeting (submitted before 12pm on 9 July 2024). There will be no opportunity to ask questions on the day or for members of the public to comment during the meeting. Questions submitted outside of this time will be responded to after the Board meeting.

NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board – meeting papers – 11 July 2024Please note that full Board papers will not be published until 5 July once the pre-election period has finished or until the date at which a new government is formed. This means that questions relating to agenda items from the public will be accepted up to midday on Tuesday, 9 July 2024.
Submit a question
Questions (limited to one question per person, and specifically related to the board agenda items) should be submitted in writing three working days in advance of the meeting either in writing to: NHS Mid and South Essex ICB, NHS Mid and South Essex ICB, PO Box 6483, Basildon, SS14 0UG, or by emailing [email protected].
Whenever possible, the Board will provide a response to questions during the meeting, which will be recorded in the relevant minutes. If this is not possible, or if a question is received less than three working days beforehand, a written response will be provided to the individual concerned as soon as possible.
Due to time constraints, the number of questions responded to during the meeting will be at the discretion of the Chair.
